1/2 cup water
4 boneless butterfly pork chops
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
4 thick slices cheddar cheese
1 large onion, thickly sliced
1 can (20 oz.) golden mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water in a 7x11" baking dish. Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Arrange in baking dish. Top each chop with cheese slice and onion slice. Spoon soup on top and around chops.

Bake covered at 400º for 3/4 hour Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Use liquid in baking dish as sauce or gravy. Serve with a baked potato.
