1 pint half-n-half
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8oz) carton sour cream
1 (8oz) block pepper jack cheese
2 (14oz) can chicken broth
1 can cream of onion soup (subsitute cream of celery)
4 lbs Idaho potatoes, peeled and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in chicken broth until tender. Grate cheese and add it to potatoes (do not drain), stir until melted. Add soups, half-n-half, and sour cream. Cook on low stirring often to prevent sticking. Cook until hot and server immediately. Top with cheese, bacon, and green onions.
