2 large potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 onions, chopped
16 c. water
2 c. green split peas
2 T. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped cabbage
3 c. diced tomatoes
4 c. diced cooked ham
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
Extra juice from ham.
Use 1 T. ham base if no ham juice.
