2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 large slices rye bread
2 slices deli ham
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mustard over one side of bread slices. Layer with ham and cheese; top with remaining bread.

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, egg and water; beat until smooth. Dip sandwiches on both sides in egg mixture.

Cook approximately 2 minutes each side in sprayed skillet (or use 1 tbsp. butter).
