"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Refrigerated pie crusts
1 bag Frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
a little milk
Diced cooked chicken--as much as you want

Directions:
Directions:
Place mixed vegetables, soup/milk, chicken in a pot on the stove to heat up. (Add milk to get desired thickness of soup). While that is heating, take one of the pie crusts and roll and cut to fit into a 9 x 13 pan. Do this to both pie crust (one for the top and one for the bottom). Place one pie crust into bottom of 9x13 pan (I use a glass baking dish). When mixture is heated up, place in 9 x 13 pan. You might have more mixture than you can fit in the dish. Place the other pie crust on the top. Poke a few holes in crust and bake. Use the temp and time guidelines that came with the pie crust.
