4 c cooked chicken shredded
˝ onion chopped
1 small can black olives, chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies
2 cans creamed soup (chicken, mushroom ect)
1 pkg 8 or 10 inch flour tortillas
1 8 oz carton sour cream
8 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, onion, black olives, chilies, and 1/2 can soup together. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture into each tortilla and roll. Place echiladas in greased baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over enchiladas and cover pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
