2 lbs. flounder or haddock
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 drops Tabasco

Heat oven to 400º. Place fish in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, spoon over fish. Bake 5-8 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
