2 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless (about 12 oz.)
Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1 oz (about 1/4 c.) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
4 c. Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
3/4 c. seasoned croutons
6 (8-in.) flour tortillas

Lightly oil chicken. Press garlic; firmly press garlic into chicken. Heat small pan over medium heat until hot. Cook chicken 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle, turning once. remove from pan and cool. Slice into 1/4 inch think strips. Place in medium-size batter bowl.Chop onion and olives and bell pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese and slice lettuce. Add all ingredients except tortillas. Toss to coat evenly with dressing. For each wrap, place about 3/4 cup of mixture on tortilla. Roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. To serve, cut each roll in half diagonally.
