2 sirloin steaks, USDA choice; 1" thick
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. yellow onion, sliced
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sirloin steaks in half. Drizzle oil in large skillet on high heat. Add steaks and brown or sear on both sides, 5 minutes each side. Reduce heat to medium. Add mushrooms and onion. Take steaks out; set aside. Continue to cook mushrooms and onions for 5 minutes. Add beef broth, mustard sauce, thyme and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add steaks; Simmer 2 minutes. Serve over noodles.
