4 qt. cucumber slices
3 med. onions sliced
3 green peppers diced
3 cloves of garlic
5 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp. tureneric
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 T. Mustard Seed
3 C. Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cukes, onions , peppers, and garlic together with 1/3 c. of salt and ice let staand for 3 hours and drain
Pour the rest of the mixture over cukes and bring to a boil
Put on hot jars and seal
