4 C. Thinly sliced raw potatoes
1 Med. onion, thinly sliced
1 Can cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. hamburger
2 C. spaghetti sauce
6 slices American cheese
3 T. Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss potatoes, onion and soup until vegetables are well coated. Fry hamburger until no longer pink. Add to potato mixture; pour into a greased 9x13" cake pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top of the potatoes; do not stir the sauce in. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese slices, which have been cut in half diagonally. If desired, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbles.
