4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb.)
1 c. salsa
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken, salsa and broth to boil in large skillet; cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Return to boil.
Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
