Preheat oven to 375°
Grease an 8in. or 9in. pan.

MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL:
1 and 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

USING A MIXER BLEND TOGETHER (in separate bowl):
1/4 c. soft margarine
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

BLEND BOTH MIXTURES TOGETHER FOR 30 SEC. TO 1 MIN.

SPREAD IN PAN AND TOP WITH STREUSEL (recipe below).

MIX TOGETHER:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

CUT IN:
3 tbsp. butter (DO NOT MELT, cold is OK)

BAKE FOR 25 TO 30 MIN.
