Requires overnight preparation.
Preheat oven to 150° on second day.

MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL:
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. hickory smoke liquid
1 tsp. salt

LAY 1 AND 1/2 TO 2 POUNDS OF MEAT IN A PAN COVERING WITH ABOVE MIXTURE. LET STAND IN A COOL PLACE OVERNIGHT.

WASH OFF MEAT, DRY IT, AND PUT ON RACK.

DRY IN OVEN 4 TO 7 HOURS.
