You need 30 wonton wrappers.
Preheat oven to 375°.

IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL:
1 egg white
1 8-ounce cream cheese

STIR IN UNTIL COMBINED & SET ASIDE:
1 6- to 7-ounce can crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger

IN A SMALL BOWL STIR TOGETHER & SET ASIDE:
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

TO SHAPE EACH WONTON, SPOON A SCANT 2 TEASPOONS CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE ONTO CENTER OF EACH WONTON WRAPPER. LIGHTLY MOISTEN EDGES OF WRAPPER WITH WATER. BRING UP CORNERS OF WONTON AND TWIST, FORMING A SMALL BUNDLE. PLACE BUNDLES ON A LARGE BAKING SHEET. BRUSH WITH THE OIL MIXTURE.

BAKE IN OVEN FOR 8 TO 10 MIN. OR UNTIL LIGHT BROWN AND CRISP. SERVE WARM WITH HOT MUSTARD SAUCE OR SWEET-AND-SOUR SAUCE.
