2 cans pineapple chunks
1 cup sugar (1/2 cup sugar)
1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers crumbled
1 1/2 cup grated hoop cheese
5 tbsp. plain flour
1 stick oleo (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour pineapple and juice in casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar together. Sprinkle this over pineapple. Sprinkle grated cheese over that. Combine Ritz and oleo and scatter on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
