1 ball of fresh pizza dough (found at Italian Deli)
1 jar of Italian marinara Sauce
2 tbl chopped garlic
6 oz goat Cheese
6 oz shredded mozzerella Cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
6 oz proscuitto
8 oz cold smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fresh chopped basil
1 Tbl chopped fresh dill
8 oz. thin sliced mushrooms (your choice)
bell peppers thinly sliced
1/2 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Allow dough come to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 525
Once oven is preheated, place pizza stone into oven for 30 minutes.
Roll pizza dough into thin circle.
Spread marinara sauce and garlic onto the dough.
Sprinkle some mozzarella.
Begin layering all other ingredients.
Place pizza onto heated stone and return to oven on lowest rack.
Bake for 11 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Obviously you can add any ingredients you desire, this particular one we tried was over the top!
