1 Chicken (or use skinless, boneless chicken breasts ~2-3 lbs.)
2-l/2 - 3 # each lean Beef & lean Pork roast
Boil all together if you have pot big enough. Save all the broth.
Cube the cooked chicken, beef & pork.

In the saved (fat removed) broth, cook:
l large bag of frozen whole kernel corn
l large bag of baby lima beans
2 - 30 oz. Cans diced tomatoes
2 onions chopped
4 Lemons
Cubed potatoes....as many as you like

Directions:

Add the cubed meats back to the broth and vegetable mixtures (except the lemons) and boil a couple of hours. About 30 minutes before you’re finished cooking this, cut about 4 lemons in wedges (seeded) but leave skins on and add to stew.
Salt & Pepper to taste
The longer you simmer the better."
