Mix all ingredients together. Drop through a sieve or a spaetzle maker into boiling salted water. spaetzle are almost immediately done.

This is a family recipe that I grew up having. If you don't have a spaetzle maker, you can also scrape the batter through a colander and it will form the noodles.
