3 c. ketchup,1c. applecider vinegar, 1/4 c. Lee & Perrin,1/2tsp. ground cayenne pepper, 1/2tsp. chili powder, 1tbsp. dry mustard powder, 1/2tsp. coarse ground black pepper, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. water, 3/4 c. brown sugar.
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel saucepan. Cook at a slow boil for 10 minutes. stirring to keep from burning. Turn to low and simmer, uncovered for 1 l/2 hrs.
