4 oz. (1 stick) butter
5 oz. jar Old English cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 heaped tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dry minced garlic
3 shakes (1/4 tsp.) Tabasco sauce
2 cans crabmeat, lump crab, drained well
1 pkg. English muffins (I like Bays)

Directions:
Melt butter and turn off heat, whisk the next 5 ingredients until fairly smooth into the butter. Add the 2 cans of drained crabmeat.
Take 1 pkg. of English muffins, cut in halves. Spread above crab spread on muffins. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Cut each muffin half into 4 pieces. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
This can be frozen after cutting halves into 4 pieces. When ready to serve, take from freezer and immediately bake. Bake frozen 30-35 minutes.
