1 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 doz. large eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, crumble, and set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk; stir in evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and cook eggs, stirring gently and constantly until cooked, but still moist. Remove from eat and cool for a few minutes. Stir in sour cream. Spread evenly into a 9x11-inch glass baking dish. Top with bacon and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 300º F. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
