Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 piece of bacon that has been cut in half into frying pan. Lay one piece of bread on top of the 2 strips of bacon and cook until bacon is done. Crack one egg over the top of the bread and flip over to cook the egg. Cook egg to desired hardness and serve.

Bacon & egg sandwiches made by Walter Swartz, Grandma Pat Bulloch's dad. Mom used to make these for us growing up. It is basically a bacon & egg sandwich with the bread in the middle.
