3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
3 cups peeled tart apples, chopped
7 eggs
2-1/2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cup raisins

Sauce:
2/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted butter in sprayed 9x13" baking. Add cubed bread, apples; stir.

In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla. Pour over bread; add raisins.

Bake uncovered at 375º for 45 minutes. Test by inserting knife in center; should come out clean.

In small pan, mix sauce ingredients until smooth. Bring to boil over low heat. When thickened, remove from heat; add tbsp. butter and tsp. vanilla. Serve over pudding.
