2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 C milk
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 3/4 C flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
lightly spray waffle grids with a non-stick spray and preheat to waffle setting.

In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Set aside. In large bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; continue beating adding milk and vegetable oil. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites.

Pour 1 cup batter evenly on preheated grid. Close unit and bake.

Makes 3 4-section waffles.
