1 c. Vanilla Ice Cream;
1/2 c. crushed ice;
4 to 6 oz. Gin;
1 T. Orange Juice Concentrate;
1 oz. Triple Sec

In blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in tall flutes and garnish with oranges, pineapple and maraschino cherry.

Papa began using ice cream as a base for his fizzes when it was announced that using raw eggs could be a health risk. It is a festive drink to begin a holiday with. Omit Gin and substitute orange juice for non- alcoholic version.
