2 c. white flour
3 or 4 eggs
about 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend eggs into flour, add milk and salt. Beat into a smooth paste. Cut small strips out of a bowl or off of a plate into boiling water. Let the strips rise to the surface, remove, and drain. They can be sprinkled with grated cheese or fried onions.

This is a tradional Swiss dumpling. It's a great alternative to a potato dish.
