6 eggs
1 & 1/2 c. oil
1 & 1/2 c. white sugar
12 tsp baking powder
2 c. milk
flour (around 8 cups - may need more or less)

icing:
3 c. icing sugar
juice of one lemon
water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form soft dough. Roll into ropes and form a small twist. Bake at 350º on a greased cookie sheet until golden (17 to 20 minutes).
Mix lemon and icing sugar together, add water until icing becomes a consistency that will coat the cookies. Dip in icing while still warm and set aside to dry.
Test: If cookies are made properly they should soak up coffee when dipped.
