2-14 oz. cans condensed milk
1 c. key lime juice (fresh is better, but bottled will do)
2 large eggs
1 c. sour cream (8oz. container)
2 tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 - 9 inch graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º.
Mix together in mixer, milk, lime juice, eggs, sour cream and sugar. Mix at medium speed until nice & smooth. Pour into pie shells. Bake until set in center, about 20 to 30 minutes. Test center with toothpick to see if set. Cool, then chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours.

It's call messed up because the sour cream was to go in a topping when I first tried the pie, but it ended up in the filling. Turned out so good I have made it this every time.
