2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp tomato paste (1/2 sm can)
1 tin drained mushrooms (or mushroom soup)
1 tbsp worchestershire
1 c. beef broth
6 tbsp white cooking wine (1/3 cup)
1 1/2 c. sour cream at end
Fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. Add all ingredients except sour cream. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Add sour cream and serve over cooked noodles.

Can be put in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours, browning meat first, on low heat.
