2 qts. quartered potatoes (leave skin on)
1 tbsp. white vinegar
8 eggs, boiled & sliced (4 for salad & 4 for the top)
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. garlic pickles, chopped
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 (15 oz.) can black olives, drained & chopped

Dressing:
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. cider vinegar or white vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water with 1 tbsp. white vinegar added. Mix together dressing then add the rest of the ingredients. Arrange 4 sliced, boiled eggs on top.
