24 mint sprigs
12 rosemary stems
3/4 cup fine sugar
2 oranges, quartered
2 and 1/4 cups gin
1 and 1/2 cups seltzer water
1 cup +2 Tbls. fresh lime juice
8 - 10 mint sprigs (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle 24 mint sprigs, 12 rosemary stems, sugar and orange quarters (skin on).
Add gin and 1/2 cup seltzer water and mix well. Refrigerate over night or put it in the freezer if time is short; at least 4 hours.

Strain mixture, stir in 1 cup seltzer water and pour over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
