1c.butter or margarine
1c.white sugar
1c.brown sugar
1 egg
1c. canola or veg. oil
2tsp.vanilla
31/2 c.flour
1tsp.baking powder
1tsp.cream of tarter
1tsp.baking soda
1c.rice krispies
1c.quick cook oatmeal
1c.coconut
1c.choc. chips
1c.chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.Cream butter,sugars,
egg and oil together.Add rice krispies,coconut, nuts
and chips to butter mixture,then add dry ingredients
Drop on cookie sheet & flatten a little.
Bake 10-12 min. @ 375

I can remember Grandma making these alot and they are so good. I make these for my family and the batch doesn't last long
