Combine & set aside
1 head Napa cabbage, chopped fine
5 diced green onions

Brown in 4 Tablespoons butter
1 pkg Ramen noodles (noodles only), broken up
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Add to noodles & seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Dressing
2/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons lite soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar

Just before serving, mix all together.

You can prepare the first three parts (the chopped cabbage/onions, the crunchy stuff, and the dressing) as much as a day in advance. Just before serving, mix them all together. That's it! Great for a large gathering.
