2 pounds stew meat
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 – 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
6 carrots
1 cup celery
6 potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 large can of College Inn beef broth (add water or a small can if needed)

Coat meat with flour. In a large pot, heat oil. Brown meat on all sides. Add in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
