cream cheese
chives
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dry bottoms; mix cream cheese and chives and fill in artichoke bottoms; top with fresh cracked pepper; roll in melted butter; roll and pat in shredded parmesan cheese; bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes uncovered.

Delicious, but rich! To serve, I've quartered the bottoms and served with toothpicks.
