12 oz pkg chocolate snap cookies or chocolate Teddy Grahams
1 pt of whipping cream
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Chill a glass mixing bowl. Whip the cream with an electric mixer until is thickens. Gradually mix in the sugar. Add the vanilla. In a glass casserole dish place a layer of cookies, then whipped cream, cookie, whipped cream, etc. Sprinkle the top layer of cream with crumbled cookies. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
