1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. soda
2 c. peanuts
1 c. white syrup
2 c. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, syrup and sugar in sauce pan and bring to a boil, then add peanuts. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook to 296º F. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir thoroughly. Pour on greased marble slab. Spread quickly. When almost cold, loosen from slab and break into small pieces.
