1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/4 t dried basil (or 1 t chopped fresh)
2 c shredded cheese (I use mozzarella and Asiago)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Press pizza dough out on round pizza pan or rectangular cookie sheet. Combine melted butter, mayo, garlic, and basil in small bowl. Spread over pizza dough. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes in lower half of oven. Done when crust browns on bottom. Cut into strips with pizza cutter. Serve hot.
You can add traditional pizza toppings if you like. I like adding thin-sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.

If you feel adventurous, cook this on the grill!
Press out pizza dough, but keep it thicker. Coat both sides with flour. Place dough directly onto grill over medium-hot coals. Cover grill and cook 2-4 minutes. using large spatula, flip crust over. Quickly spread the butter mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Cover grill and cook another 2-4 minutes, or until crust is done through.
