3 Tbsp. lard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pound hamburger
1 onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 qt. tomato juice (or 1 pt. pureed tomatoes & 1 pt. water)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete

Directions:

Melt lard in pot; add hamburger, salt, pepper, chili powder, chop onion fine and add. Stir in tomato juice. Let cook about 1 hour or until thick as desired.
