1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 Duncan Hines Butter Chocolate Cake Mix
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter - softened
8 oz. package of cream cheese - softened

Directions:
Directions:
Pour nuts and coconut into a 9 X 13 greased pan.
Make cake mix according to package directions.
Pour this over nuts and coconut.
Combine butter and cream cheese...cream together gradually adding sugar.
Spread evenly and gently over cake batter.
Bake at 350 degrees...40-45 minutes
