Score Ham
Pack with brown sugar
3 cans, dump over top
Baste every 15 minutes for 2 hours at 250º.
Take out of oven, scoop off.
1 cup beer, dump

Glaze
1/4 cup Bourbon or any Whiskey
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
Glaze 1/2 over ham
Bake at 250º for 1 hour
Baste every 1/2 hour
30 minutes before removing, put remainder of glaze over ham
