1 16 oz box medium shells
1 48 oz jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2, 16 oz. carton Ricotta cheese
3 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion and sprinkle with garlic powder. Drain well, then place meat in large pot with spaghetti sauce. Simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile boil shells until tender. Drain well, then place in deep baking dish. Add Ricotta cheese and mix until smooth. Add Mozzarella cheese, then sauce. Mix well. If extra sauce, add to top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes.
