3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar, eggs & vanilla. Add bananas. Add dry ingredients along with the buttermilk.

Bake in greased & floured loaf pan. 350º until toothpick comes out clean. 45-50 minutes approximately
