6-8 medium sized potatoes
2 cups cheese (American works fine)
1 1/2 cups sour cream (I like to use sour cream with chives)
1 medium onion
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and cool. I use a hand shredder and shred the potatoes into a bowl. Shred the cheese into the bowl. Dice onion and add. Cube the butter and add. Add salt and pepper. Fold in the sour cream until all the ingredients are mixed.

Bake in covered, slightly buttered bowl at 350º for an hour

Very rich, very good !!!!!!
