2 lbs. 4oz. Flour
9 oz. sugar
9 oz. Butter (Hard)
2 oz. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
6 oz. Raisins
5 1/2 Eggs
16 oz. Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add Eggs slowly
Add Raisins
Add Cream, mix to smooth dough.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness, cut to desired shape.
Egg Wash.
Bake at 350º F for 25-30 minutes.
Top with fresh preserves and Devonshire cream.

Jeff and I stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Banff and saw this recipe in the gift shop on a towel. I love scones and tea... We brought home some of the most delicious flavour rich tea I have ever tasted. The Fairmont Brand... buy some! :) I can't wait to try this recipe!
