3/4 lb. pork shoulder or butt, cut in 1-1/2 to 2"

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 jar (12-14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
In slow cooker, add all ingredients except corn starch and water (use only if needed to thicken.)

Start slow cooker on High for 30 minutes; turn to Low for 5-6 hours.
