Cake:
2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Mix together lightly, bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 minutes.

2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut

Let liquid ingredients cook 5 minutes before adding nuts & coconut. Spread on cake while topping is hot.
