1 1/2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1 lb. mostaccioli noodles/cooked and drained
1 egg beaten
15 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c Romano cheese

In dutch oven, brown sausage/drain. Stir in sauce and mostaccioli noodles. Set aside. In bowl combine egg, ricotta, and mozzarella. In 9 x 13 pan spread half of the sausage mixture then all of the remaining cheese mixture. Top with remaining sausage mixture. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Top with romano cheese. Bake 5 minutes more
