1 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, cut in chunks
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 (6 oz.) cubed steaks
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 cups beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In medium pan, cover potatoes with water; cook until tender; drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Return potatoes to pan. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and reserved liquid. Mash; cover; set aside.

Mix 2 tbsp. flour with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper; coat steaks.

In sprayed nonstick skillet at high heat, fry steaks for 2 minutes per side. Stir in mushrooms. Add remaining 2 tbsp. flour to beef broth; stir well; pour over steaks. Simmer 30 minutes until gravy thickens. Serve with potatoes.
